Speaker's Bureau

Health care is a complex topic, but it's ignored at our peril. It's our responsibility to leave our children a better health system than we now have.

There are many reasons that universal, single-payer health care is the best. Our speakers can emphasize the moral underpinnings of universal health care for your faith group; the financial case for your business group; the medical case for your provider association.

Our speakers can also describe how single-payer universal health care works in other countries: all single-payer systems are not created equally! They are all different, and some show better results than others. Other presentations have focused on the history of U.S. health care; the grave problems worsening in our system; and how our system compares with those of other countries.

HCAC Foundation speakers include physicians, nurses, business people, association leaders; and individuals who have experienced first-hand what damage our current system can do.

Because Health Care for All Colorado Foundation is a tax-exempt non-profit, the Foundation's speakers will not discuss the political aspects of single-payer.
